People / Online Users

People Block:

Clicking the Participants link will bring up the following screen. To view the information provided on a specific person, simply click on their name. What will be displayed will be at minimum the town in which they reside, their email address (you can link directly to send email from this page), and a listing of courses in which they are currently enrolled.

Clicking on the participants' name will bring up the following screen.

Profile

Clicking on the email address shown will automatically fill in the info on a new email page. You can also link directly to all forum / discussion postings they have made and link to a blog spot where you can view any blogs they have posted (and post to a blog yourself). The Activity Reports menu allows access to your own history only.

Online Users Block:
As the name implies, this block shows a listing of all enrolled users (both students and teachers) that have been logged into the course within the last 5 minutes. It can be helpful to know who is online at the time so that you know you may receive an immediate response when you have questions.

Clicking on the user name will link you to the same participants' screen shown above.
